Performance Measurement

The Balanced Scorecard is much more than an organized set of performance measures. It is a system for communicating and managing strategy throughout an organization. Our structured scorecard development process will involve your managers in the critical thinking necessary to develop all of the necessary scorecard components: perspectives, strategic themes, strategies, objectives, strategy maps, performance measures, targets, and initiatives.

Operational Performance Measurement (OPM) is a powerful tool for developing operational excellence in terms of quality, productivity, customer service and organizational effectiveness. We design and implement OPM systems that provide managers the information they need to monitor and improve the performance of any business function.

If you are applying for the Baldrige Award (or similar state or corporate award) we can help you prepare your application to assure you get the credit you deserve. We can also conduct a simulated site visit to prepare your organization for the real thing.
